Walkabout in Huddersfield: We
are catching the 10:36 train from Sheffield to Huddersfield (also picks
up at Meadowhall and Chapeltown) for a crawl of the real ale pubs of
Huddersfield.

Branch AGM:
We conduct the formal business
of the AGM as required, including presentation of the accounts,
chairman's annual review, election of committee and to debate any
motions for changes to the constitution (Motions should be submitted by
the March branch meeting). We will also announce the winner of the Pub
of the Year vote.. Normal branch meeting will follow.

We're
at the Coach & Horses in Dronfield to present their winners certificate. Come
along and join the pubs celebrations and enjoy the range of beers from
Thornbridge Brewery.

Beer Festival planning meeting: We
continue to discuss arrangements for our 2008 beer festivals. Anyone
CAMRA member who would be interested in getting involved are welcome to

committee meeting: The May issue of Beer Matters will be available to collect and take to pubs and

RambAle: A
hike around the Peak District that conveniently takes in a number of
quality rural real ale pubs along the way. Our walk starts near
Taddington and ends up in the Great Longstone area.

We will be presenting a certificate to

Hope Valley Train Crawl: Our
annual trip out to visit the pubs in the villages served by the railway
- Edale, Hope, Bamford, Hathersage and Grindleford. We get the train out
to Edale and work our way back!
